CIDEP, shower house technology, passive solar heating, and fire wood heating
where we stay in the super dreamy elf house

we have crossed the Andes again, and returned to Argentina. Compared to Chile it´s cold as we´ve made it to Patagonia. Though its also super beatiful. Our biggest dillema these days seems deciding wether or not we want to go to a Glacier in the next couple weeks. A different kind of stress.

We are currently at CIDEP, a center of Permaculture, outside the hippie dippie town of El Bolson. The earthern houses look like elve playgrounds, and it seems everything requires a weird dragon painting or infinity sign or something of the sort. Eccentricies aside the center is neat, it has a great garden based on the bio-intensive method, and we hope to be learning more about natural construction and painting this next week. For now we are getting some space from the land of who can be the most sustainable and going to a refugio in the mountains here.
