The roosters where bothering the chickens too much, but everyone here at CIDEP is uber vegetarian, so Chris offered to take care of the problem. :)

Biointensive gardening...one of these beds can pop out 2,000 garlics! Or enough chard to feed 8 people for one year, wow!


The town of el Bolson. It will surely be the next Bolder with the mountains and the beer! Hopefully not, though...

wow! i'm loving these pics. but...can you please explain how those biointensive beds work? i'm sure it's very technical, but an overview...because if it's that land efficient, why isn't everyone doing it? i'm very curious...!! love ya!! - kali
